Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on this website. Your contract will be with Pepita Coffee Ltd. These terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you.

Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any products from our site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms.

If you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to order any products from our site. You should print a copy of these terms or save them to your computer for future reference.

2.1 The images

The images on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately , we cannot guarantee that your computers display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.


We only use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please take time to read this, as it includes important terms which apply to you.


Our site will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an e-mail that confirms that the parcels have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation) The contract between us will only be formed when we send you dispatch confirmation.

If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product was not in stock, the product was no longer available, we cannot meet your requested delivery deadline or because of an error with the price on our site, we will inform you of this via e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount paid.


Occasionally our delivery to you maybe affected by events outside our control

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address you provided and the products will be your responsibility from that time.

You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges

In the event the packaging is obviously damaged on arrival you should refuse delivery whereupon the product will be returned to us for appraisal

Where you take delivery of the package you have 48 hours from thetime of delivery to contact us by e-mail to inform us of any damage subsequently discovered. All packaging must be returned and where possible please include photos of the damage. Our team will contact you with information on how the product will be returned. Failure to comply with these terms may affect your right to a refund or replacement.

Dispatch time can vary depending on when you placed the order (weekday or weekend) and on our stock availability


If you order products from our site for delivery putside of the UK, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches your destination country. Please note that we have no control over these customs charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You the buyer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

7. Payments

You can pay for products in either of the following ways

a) using a debit or credit card (we accept all major cards)

b) usind a Pepita Coffee Gift Voucher

c) Bank transfer

d) Paypal

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance

The following terms apply to purchases using our gift vouchers

a) each of the gidt vouchers has a unique reference code. For purchases online, the code must be quoted

b) Our gift vouchers maybe exchanged for products. Where the product(s) being purchased are of a higher total value than that of the gift voucher, you must pay the difference by any means listed previously.

c) Where the product(s) being purchased are of a lower total value than the gift voucher, the difference will be credited to you for use on your next purchase. No part of the gift voucher can be exchanged for cash or refunded.

d) Each of our gift vouchers is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, Following which the gift voucher and any credit reffered to in c) above, cannot be used to purchase products from us.

e) We do not accept liability for lost or stolen gift vouchers


Pepita Coffee Ltd. And www.pepitacoffee.co.uk are registered trademerks of Pepita Coffee Ltd in the United Kingdom and other countries. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our written consent.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video’s and software is the property of Pepita Coffee Limited and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

The content and software on this site maybe used as an information and as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this site without permission from Pepita Coffee Ltd. is strictly prohibited.

This includes the concept of creating a space for artists, showcasing original artworks on coffee tins. An idea created by Andres Orlando Puentes Hernandez director and owner of Pepita Coffee ltd.


The artist reserves the common law copyright to all commissioned works that the artist creates, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. The patron may reproduce no work without the prior written approval of the artist.

Pepita Coffee reserves the idea of creating space for artists showcasing original artworks on coffee tins. Please refer to the trademark referred to in section 8. Intellectual Property.
